If you have dental insurance, we will direct bill your insurance company in accordance with our financial policy found in the new patient documents. We also assist in submitting claims and pre-authorizations when necessary.
Please keep in mind that every insurance plan is different, some insurance providers will not share coverage information with dental providers and it is difficult to track remaining benefit coverage for every patient. Understanding individual and plan limitations and benefits ultimately rests with the patient.
